Orders are handcrafted once placed, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Your Toshak may appear folded at first but will naturally return to its original shape over time. Follow these care instructions to keep it looking rich and vibrant for years:

Regular Cleaning: Gently vacuum or brush the surface on a low setting to protect the delicate velvet fibers and prevent pulling threads.

Spills and Spot Cleaning: Blot (don't rub) spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For small stains, dab gently with mild detergent and cool water, then blot dry. Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, or fabric softeners.

Washing (if needed): Hand wash in cool to lukewarm water using mild detergent, without twisting or wringing. Machine washing is not recommended. If necessary, turn inside out and use a delicate or low, cold-cycle with a laundry bag.

Drying: Do NOT tumble dry. Heat and mechanical action can crush or distort the velvet pile. After washing, press out excess water gently (don’t wring) and lay flat to air dry on a clean towel, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Process: Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Exchanges: Please inquire with us directly.

We want you to enjoy your new Toshak worry-free, but sometimes accidents happen — pets, kids, or spills can cause damage. If they do, we’ve got you covered:

Coverage: Accidental damage like tears, stains, or really anything.

Fee: A $60–$100 service fee applies per incident to cover repair or replacement.
